Cantamar Liveaboards (Baja California Sur Buceo y Servicio, S. A. de C. V.) will collect personal information in connection with your reservation, when you are onboard our ships (such as retail transactions), being our data controller Baja California Sur Buceo y Servicio, S. A. de C. V.

Personal information includes name, address, email address, gender, image, passport, credit or debit card number, as well as any other special information required to process your reservation effectively (including other Guests subject to the same reservation) and to provide services while onboard our ships. This may include the collection of sensitive information such as medical, mobility, and dietary requirements.

By making a booking, you consent to Cantamar Liveaboards processing information about you as set out in this Notice. You are responsible for obtaining the consent of other Guests in your party prior to submitting personal information to us about such other Guests.

You are responsible for ensuring that information which Cantamar Liveaboards holds is up-to-date and accurate and to notify Cantamar Liveaboards of any changes.

Our Use of Your Information
Cantamar Liveaboards may disclose this information to other parties such as travel agents, hotels, airlines and other transportation providers, credit and debit card companies, consumer reporting companies, service providers, and any governmental, enforcement or public authorities. For example, it may be mandatory (as required by government authorities) to disclose your information to immigration, border control, port agents, or for other purposes the government authorities consider appropriate.

Information may be shared with organizations in different countries with different levels of protection for personal information. These may be different from the laws of your country of residence (such as a country within the European Union) or the laws governing our use of your personal information.

All concessionaires and their employees operating for Cantamar Liveaboards ships, including ground transportation, port access and souvenir shops are independent contractors. Such service providers may collect additional information from you (such as your guest hotel portside), and such collection of information will be subject to their own privacy practices, which are not under Cantamar Liveaboards control. Where additional payment is required for such services, some information concerning the services provided may be disclosed to Cantamar Liveaboards to facilitate payment.
