Seeing great white sharks was a thrill that did not grow stale over the course of the trip. Everyone on board had plenty of time to spend in the cages (2 surface and 1 submerged 30 ft underwater) over the 3 days spent diving at Guadalupe Island. This is truly the great white capital of the world the crew aboard the M/Y Cassiopeia ™ made this the trip of a lifetime, both from an accommodation standpoint, as well as being knowledgable about what’s required to interact with apex predators in a safe manner.

Although the weather did not play along, it was an incredibly great liveaboard. The staff at M/Y Cassiopeia ™ are incredibly friendly and attentive. Also, the boat is very large, you hardly notice that you are with 24 people on the boat. We saw dolphins, mantas, hundreds of sharks and much more! If you are looking for colorful corals, this is certainly out of place here.

We were very happy with the big-stuff diving and the change of pace from our usual diving region. The Sea Escape ™ is a well-run, well-priced liveaboard. The diving is well worth going back to, and if we did return, we’d again pick Sea Escape over the more expensive alternatives. (TripAdvisor)

Even in unexpected conditions, east wind, constant cold and rain, the crew and guides went out of their way to find spots with better visibility and places where we anchored with less storm surge. Banco Chinchorro exceeded my expectations by far. We leave with new shades of Caribbean blue and those endless coral gardens.

Fantastic, just fantastic, no need to say more! Started out from Cabo San Lucas with Southern Sport ™ . Had 2 days diving at San Benedicto Island, 3 days at Roca Partida and 1 day at Socorro Island. Our staff at the boat were the best ever. We were so spoiled by the end of the week. Nice rooms, good food and a relaxed atmosphere!

And I did a lot. We stopped at Roca Partida (best place for sharks), San Benedicto (I will always remember ‘El Boiler’ dive site, the giant Manta Ray ballroom) and Socorro for the whales. The boat is just ok in term of comfort but the team aboard the is simply fantastic and there are totally dedicated to divers. The want us to have fun and we had. (tripadvisor)

My husband and I just came back from a wonderful experience in Revillagigedo onboard M/Y Cassiopeia. The diving was amazing, but I am particularly writing to you about the staff. Every member of the crew was absolutely helpful, kind and professional. Dive masters were incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and caring. At all times we felt secure with Rana, Damian and Darren. All three of them are very good at what they do, and they are also great people to be around.

Southern Sport is stable, comfortable and the staff is amazing – the rooms of the ground floor are very good, but bare in mind that upper bed is very narrow. Food is good, there are 3 showers outside. We were lucky to be only 10 divers, so it was very comfortable. The common area is rather cold due to the A/C, so bring a jacket/hat. The entire staff is kind, helpful and very experienced. (15-23 January, 2020)

This was my first liveaboard. It was a long time on a boat for me but diving was good. Great crew and lot of food. I have been on cruises that feed you a lot less. Very attentive crew. Lot of Mantas and Sharks (Southern Sport to Socorro Island 20-28 feb 2020)

Tons of sharks, Playing with the Mantas, Great food and Drink, 8 days without news or TV!! This was my first live aboard dive trip and I absolutely loved it!! The boat was beautiful. The food and drinks were tremendous. Sleeping at sea was amazing. The diving was spectacular. And the sea life was hands down the best I’ve experienced. I can’t see how I can beat this experience. Seriously! I have to say that EVERYONE on the boat worked so very hard for all of us. Always great food and drink available. A great routine to get us in and out of the dive tenders and into the ocean. Warm towels on the deck after peeling off a wetsuit. Hot tea and coffee always available in the dining area. Hot showers on the dive platform. And lots of cool spaces to relax and enjoy yourself between dive and meals or snacks. Rana was my group’s dive master and he couldn’t have been better. I hope to make this trip again next winter or spring. Thank you to everyone that made the trip great for me!
